After the design and budget have been finalized, our team will work to create detailed construction drawings. They will be used to pull permits with the local building department and will ensure the on site contractors realize your vision.

FROST DESIGN + BUILD
We are a small pavilion and deck builder, serving central Ohio. In the great arena of building opportunity, our ideal projects are those whose uniqueness is not available in kit form, yet not so grandioso to justify the expense of an architect and home builder. To fill this niche market, we employ our own inhouse design and construction teams. We work with the client or contractor from initial conception to final coat of paint. It is our goal to create structures that satisfy the client’s requirements, while also harmonizing with the rest of the outdoor space. Once the design is finalized, we provide all build documents and permits required. Our project managers then coordinate the project timeline to ensure a smooth construction experience.
